Richard is the Partner in charge of our Professional Team with 17 years experience.  He specialises in rent reviews, lease renewals and restructuring leases for both landlords and tenants.  He also provides strategic advice to corporate structures, property companies, charitable status organisations and high net worth individuals on improving the performance of their assets.  He also undertakes commercial valuation work for a range of purposes.

Richard graduated with a degree in Valuation and Estate Management and joined Daniel Watney in September of that year.  Richard became an Equity Partner at the beginning of 2003 and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.  He also holds a post graduate diploma in Property Investment.

Richard is married with one child and lives in Central London and his interests include travel to remote parts of the globe, skiing, sailing and mountaineering.
