Upon completing his Honours Degree at Greenwich University in 1997, Matthew started his building surveying career with a local Practice of Chartered Surveyors, before moving to Tuffin Ferraby Taylor early in 2001. 

In February 2008, Matthew joined Daniel Watney as an Associate Partner to bring further experience to their established Building and Design Consultancy Team.  

Matthew has experience working for a number of commercial clients and has been instructed in various aspects of Building Surveying and Consultancy Projects, including Contract Administration and professional work such as Dilapidations and providing Party Wall advice.
