Julian heads our residential department and advises clients on all aspects of residential property from acquisition, disposal and development, to property management and Leasehold Reform Act matters.  A postgraduate in Property Valuation and Law, Julian has some 18 years experience in the central London residential market and also provides strategic advice at portfolio level for a number of key clients.
