John is senior partner and head of transactional business with close on thirty years experience. His expertise lies in commercial agency, development /investment and strategic long term planning. In recent years he has worked closely with some of our most important clients in maximising returns from their property assets by structuring deals which, although often complicated, have proven to be highly effective. He is lead client partner to a broad spectrum of clients ranging from Livery Companies / Charities to property companies, private investors and occupiers.
