Commercial Refurbishment and Fit out

Rupert has designed and coordinated the fitting out for Kingsley Napley on their recent expansion into the building adjoining their current offices in St Johns Lane. The fitting out works included the refurbishment of tired office space including new and refurbished services, tea points, ceilings, finishes and furniture. It included the provision of enhanced meeting facilities consisting of six new meeting rooms catering for 54 people and additional office space on the ground and fourth floors. The design of the office interior was driven by a desire to be creative and to maximise the natural light whilst providing offices to the perimeter and, as with most law firms, the requirement to incorporate a significant amount of storage. The planning and finishes were carefully developed with our client and the end product has provided a bold, exciting and bright environment.
